Seven Elder is an experienced leader with services, finance and technology industry expertise including a deep knowledge of process improvement, growth strategy and organizational change.
Prior to joining Propeller, Seven served in roles such as Regional Head of Finance Transformation where she managed projects to centralize functions and allow for rapid company growth, Associate Vice President of Global Revenue where she managed the collections, cash application, accounts receivable and finance technology teams and Director of Billing & Contract Accounting where she managed technical client onboarding, contract review and billing. Throughout her career, she has been part of several growing companies and is well versed in the process and organizational changes needed to help a company achieve scalable growth.
Born and raised outside of Pittsburgh PA, Seven graduated from Allegheny College with a BA in Spanish and minor in Mathematics. She then went on to obtain a Masters in Spanish Language at Middlebury College where her course of study included spending a year in Madrid, Spain. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, learning new languages (the current target is French), watching Liverpool and Real Madrid soccer matches, and traveling the world.
