Brittany D'Arcy VP of Finance

Brittany D’Arcy is an experienced financial professional having spent her career working with management teams to create value and grow businesses.  She has worked on transactions totaling over $1 billion in total enterprise value as a private equity investor and investment banker and as an operating resource, has worked with businesses that are pre-revenue up to $500M in revenue.  Brittany brings a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and transaction experience to her clients at Propeller.

Most recently, Brittany ran Fifth Quarter Partners, a strategic finance consulting firm where she took on interim CFO or strategic finance roles in businesses going through strategic change, M&A, fundraising, or setting up for significant growth.  Prior to founding Fifth Quarter Partners, Brittany was an impact investment professional at Bridges Fund Management (fka Bridges Ventures), a social impact fund manager, where she was making investments in growth-stage businesses across health & wellness, education services, and sustainability with a lens of investing in businesses where social impact is in lockstep with financial growth.  In that role, she learned the power of mission-locked businesses and the ability to provide impact while also creating exciting returns for investors.  Prior to joining Bridges Fund Management, Brittany was an investment professional at Corinthian Capital, a middle-market private equity firm based in New York.  Brittany started her career at Lincoln International, closing M&A transactions both domestic and cross-border in the food & consumer, industrials and business services sectors. 

Brittany graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with dual degrees in Finance and Accountancy.
