Gregory Jackson Director of Finance
Gregory Jackson is an experienced finance, accounting, and tax professional with over 15 years experience working with early-stage, middle market, private and public companies.
Most recently, embracing his entrepreneurial side, Greg started working exclusively with startup and early-stage CPG, eCommerce, and Saas companies and their founders. He has provided financial guidance regarding budgeting, forecasting, long-term strategic planning, complaint reporting, capital raises, and business development. Always focused on increasing company/shareholder value.
Greg has developed a reputation as a trusted business advisor in roles he held at Grant Thornton, Wenner Media (and the Wenner Family Office, publisher of Rolling Stone, US Weekly, and Men’s Journal Magazines), as well as, at global TV Production Company Endemolshine, USA, and the Sci-Fi networks. He focused on financial management and reporting, accounting, and internal controls. Greg is also experienced in taxation of simple and complex businesses, international operations, information reporting (1099/1042-S), transaction advisory, and sales tax.
Greg received a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College (CUNY) and graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Law (SUNY) where he received a Juris Doctor (J.D). He is on the advisory board of two stealth startup companies and has served as a mentor and business advisor at various business accelerator programs in New York City. During off-hours, Greg enjoys cooking, biking, beaching, and exploring.
