As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Elizabeth Ganss is responsible for all of Propeller Industries’ financial functions and strategy, including accounting, audit, corporate finance, and investor relations. As CFO, Liz oversees Propeller’s financial integrity, in addition to maintaining the company requirements and controls for Sales, HR, Services, and Operations. Additionally, she serves on the executive team, bringing her global expertise in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy to the company’s overall goals.
Liz is an experienced leader with significant finance and technology industry expertise including a deep knowledge of culture and organizational change. Liz previously served in roles such as Regional Vice President and CFO–North America (Anticimex), SVP Finance/Chief Accounting Officer (Sterling), and enterprise companies like Hertz, RAB Holdings, and Deloitte, playing an instrumental role in building the global finance and accounting organizations, as well as driving many of the company’s most intricate strategic and operational initiatives–from advancing company acquisitions and deepening client relationships to executing complex financial transactions. Under Liz’s leadership, companies have outperformed expectations and achieved key operating and financial targets ahead of plan.
Liz holds degrees from St. John’s University and the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending quality time with her family, adventures with her dogs, and traveling the world.
