Karla McMahon is an accomplished professional with over 22 years of experience in client-facing roles. She has a deep passion for driving client success, leveraging her strengths in empathy, relationship-building, and analytical problem-solving to deliver meaningful results.
Before joining Propeller Industries, Karla spent 15 years at DuPont, where she excelled as a Senior Account Executive and Business Development Manager. In these roles, she worked alongside the Management Consulting Team to deliver Operational Excellence consulting engagements, combining insights with SaaS LMS solutions. Karla’s work spanned a variety of industries, with a primary focus on industrial and manufacturing sectors.
In 2019, Karla transitioned to a Client Success leadership role at Corvee, where she managed a team of six Client Success Managers, overseeing $14MM in revenue and nearly 800 accounts. In this capacity, she supported Services and Tax Planning Software clients, specializing in Growth & Development for 7 Figure Firms. Karla’s strategic guidance helped accounting and tax firm owners, outsourced CFOs, and financial advisors scale their businesses, with many clients achieving 100% year-over-year growth, and several reaching eight-figure milestones within 2-3 years.
Karla received an academic scholarship and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University.
Karla resides in Virginia Beach, VA, where she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her daughter. Outside of work, she loves outdoor activities such as visiting the VA Beach Oceanfront and the Outer Banks of NC to catch waves with her daughter, boating, hiking, glamping, as well as visiting wineries, breweries and punk rock concerts, although now that she is older, she avoids the mosh pit and crowd surfing.
