Propeller Industries

Keith Ginel

Chief Financial Officer

Keith joined Propeller with more than 20 years of finance, accounting, and leadership experience. He is passionate about working with clients in the e-commerce and startup space, and has worked with numerous SaaS and marketplace models. As someone with extensive operations experience, one of Keith’s first steps to engaging with clients is digging into their business from an operations perspective. His goal is to help drive down costs, create efficiencies, and save capital.

Keith began his career in the energy industry and spent several years supporting some of the most efficient and low-cost coal, natural gas, and hydropower plants in the country. After progressive roles with Tampa Electric Company and the Tennessee Valley Authority, he eventually found his true passion was working with small businesses in the e-commerce space. This began with JeffersPet. As CFO, Keith helped the company shift from its roots as a catalog company to a rapidly growing e-commerce and retail business. Most recently, Keith was the CFO for Inked Brands, a startup that he helped scale and grow to become a premier destination for social media influencers seeking to bring product visions to life. At Inked, Keith was able to implement purchasing and audit controls which limited exposure to variability in sales cycles. Keith was also able to help procure and onboard new investors, structure debt, and keep critical lines of communication clear with all relevant parties.

Keith holds a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida. He grew up in Tampa, Florida but has lived in Tennessee, Alabama, and now Georgia. He is a die-hard Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan, a major foodie, and he loves to travel. On the weekends, he loves to just hang out, play games, and relax with his wife, two daughters, and goldendoodle.
