Maureen Klepfer is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Propeller Industries. Maureen is responsible for Propeller Industries’ business development and marketing teams. Additionally, she serves on the executive leadership team and is responsible for defining and executing the company’s growth strategy for all revenue-generating business activities.
Maureen is a growth-focused executive with more than 15 years of experience in sales, account management, and developing high-performing sales teams. Maureen has abundant experience in launching and growing new markets and leading teams to drive firm-wide growth. Prior to joining Propeller Industries, Maureen was the Global VP of Sales and Marketing with Distillery Tech, where she built and led global teams in LATAM and the EU. Maureen was also the former Area Vice President at Randstad and Regional Sales Leader for North Highland, a global consulting firm.
Throughout her career, Maureen has championed internal and external initiatives to increase the number of women in the corporate world. Maureen was the President of 3D Softball, a girl’s fast-pitch travel softball organization, a sports organization she started with her husband. 3D aims to teach female athletes about discipline, dedication, and determination and to compete with character. 3D has helped over 150 youth female athletes move on to the college level with both athletic and academic scholarships.
Maureen lives with her husband, Mike, and their menagerie of pets. They have three daughters.
