She currently serves as Vice President, Head of Service Delivery at Propeller Industries, where she drives best practices, innovation, and consistency across the company’s service delivery teams.
Since joining Propeller in 2022, Vernise has progressed rapidly reflecting her ability to lead high-performing teams, optimize processes, and deliver strategic results. She is known for blending a deep technical command of accounting and finance with a collaborative, people-focused leadership style.
Before Propeller, Vernise spent 12 years as Director of Finance & USA CFO for Dobla, where she oversaw all financial operations and played a key role in strategic decision-making. Her earlier career includes leadership and senior accounting roles at Miles Properties, Financial Asset Management Systems, and Risk Management Alternatives, where she honed her expertise in financial controls, reporting, and process improvement.
