Yazhi lives at the intersection of Data & Technology strategy and effective execution, helping companies accelerate growth and achieve business outcomes. Yazhi leads Propeller’s Digital Transformation program to innovate and develop products and services for clients and Propeller teams.
Yazhi’s career began in software engineering, specializing in billing and revenue management platforms for Telecommunications and Utilities corporations. After receiving her Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Auckland in 2002, Yazhi was a product engineer with Peace Software (now First Data Utilities).
She spent several years with IBM’s Business Consulting Group leading major systems integrations and data migration programs for the Asia Pacific region’s largest telecommunications companies before moving to North America for technology consulting engagements with Fortune 500 companies like Intuit and Oracle.
Most recently, Yazhi was a Director at Rackspace Technology and Vista Equity Partners, leading digital transformation and value creation programs including M&A integrations, new product initiatives, and growth initiatives for IT Security, Risk and Service Management.
Yazhi was born in China, raised in Fiji, grew up in New Zealand and now calls North Carolina home. She gets excited about goats and other animals, mechanical keyboards, campfires, food and her family who put up with her hobbies.
