The embedded advantage.

We’re already inside your finance operations.

Transformation Services extend the partnership we've built together. We know your systems, close calendar, and edge cases from years of embedded operations, so we can create solutions around how your business actually works.

Propeller Transformation Services

NetSuite managed services

Turn NetSuite into the finance engine you paid for.

Most companies use less than half of NetSuite's capabilities. We unlock what you already own: automated workflows, 10-day closes, and audit-ready structure. All built by finance operators who've deployed it hundreds of times.

Lead time: 8-12 weeks from kick-off to live

Close in 10 days

Shrink close from 20 days to 10 with automated workflows and validation rules that catch errors before they reach statements.

Reach 80%+ utilization

We get you to 80%+ feature utilization by activating the NetSuite features already sitting in your subscription.

Pass investor diligence

Due diligence data populates in days. Audit-ready structure and automated reporting signal operational maturity before investors ask.

Enable AI automation

Standardized workflows enable PropellerOS integration and agentic automation, with NetSuite's AI features configured for your operations.

Scale without rebuilding

Multi-entity structure built for today and your next two stages, M&A-ready and adapting as you scale without requiring a rebuild.

Optimize continuously

We know your context, workflows, and priorities from day one. No onboarding ramp, just ongoing optimization after go-live.

Platform selection service

Stop betting your finance stack on a sales pitch.

Every vendor tells you they're the right fit. Propeller is platform-agnostic. We run evaluations across dozens of client contexts, recommend what fits your stage, complexity, and growth trajectory, and hand you a decision you won't have to defend in eighteen months.

Lead time: 4-6 weeks from kick-off to recommendation

An unbiased read, not a pitch

We have no partner incentives. The recommendation reflects your business, not a referral fee.

A decision built for your next two stages

We evaluate against where you're headed, not just where you are, so you're not re-platforming again at Series C.

Requirements defined before vendors are in the room

We map your workflows, data needs, and integration requirements first, so vendor conversations start from clarity, not a demo script.

Apples-to-apples vendor comparison

Side-by-side scoring across cost, capability, implementation risk, and scalability, so the tradeoffs are visible instead of buried in sales decks.

A foundation for what comes next

Selection is step one of a connected path: implementation, data integration, and AI-readiness all build on the platform decision made here.

Judgment you can't buy from a single-vendor shop

Every evaluation sharpens the playbook we bring, pattern-matched across 1,500+ companies, not one vendor's talking points.

Analytics as a service

Get real-time answers without the data team.

Data teams spend 80% of their time preparing data and only 20% analyzing it. We eliminate that entirely, delivering a custom analytics platform connected to all your data sources, live in as little as one day.

Lead time: 1-2 days from kick-off to live

Unify data sources

Shopify, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Google Ads, email reports, co-manufacturer feeds—everything flows in via API or automated ingestion.

Build custom dashboards

Centralize sales, inventory, financials, customers, and locations with executive overviews and scorecards built using your data model and vocabulary.

Update on autopilot

Leave comments on any chart. AI reads your feedback overnight, rebuilds the code, and redeploys by morning without a developer.

Interrogate your data

Ask questions in plain English like "What happens to cash flow if I skip this order?" and get immediate answers grounded in your business context.

Ensure enterprise security

Hosted on dedicated Azure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, full data sovereignty, and SOC-ready architecture.

Integrate with PropellerOS

Your platform feeds into PropellerOS benchmark intelligence, giving you operational analytics today and peer benchmarking tomorrow.

We're not for everybody. But for the companies where we're the right fit, we're the best partner in the world.

FAQs

Questions your board will ask.

Most NetSuite implementations run $75K-$200K in one-time services on top of licensing, with the final number driven by module count, data migration complexity, and how much customization you need beyond standard configuration. Because we're already inside your finance operations, we cost a fraction of this amount. You're not paying us to learn your business before we start fixing it, because we already know it.

A Propeller NetSuite implementation takes approximately 8-12 weeks from kickoff to go-live. That's faster than the industry's typical 8-16 week range because we're not starting from zero on your chart of accounts, close process, or edge cases.

The trigger is usually complexity, not revenue: multiple entities, rising transaction volume, or billing models QuickBooks can't handle cleanly. If you're manually reconciling across entities or building workarounds for revenue recognition, that's the signal, and it's worth a conversation before the workarounds compound.

An ERP consultant helps you decide which platform to buy; an implementation partner configures and deploys the one you've already chosen. They're not the same role, and most companies conflate them. The distinction matters because implementation partners are typically certified (and paid) by one vendor, which limits how objective their "selection" advice can really be.

We're a certified partner with NetSuite, Anthropic, and Bill.com, but that status doesn't set the outcome of an evaluation. Partnerships give us deeper implementation capability and earlier access to the platform's roadmap; it doesn't put a thumb on the scale of which platform we recommend. Our recommendations have pointed clients toward QuickBooks, NetSuite, Rillet, Ramp, and emerging platforms, and will depend on what actually fits your stage and complexity.
